The Strohs House of Plants, affectionally known among friends, family and customers as The Shop, is proud to renew the tradition of offering unique plants, flower arrangements and gifts started by Petals and More.
Petals and More opened its doors in downtown Bismarck in
June of 2000, after 16 successful years building a strong customer base and
long lasting friendships and relationships, we were forced to close our doors due to health reasons. On January 1, 2022, “The Strohs House of Plants”,
officially (re)opened its doors, with the same owners, under new management,
but with a greater emphasis on unique plants and flower arrangements and with a
renewed commitment to the primary goal of Petals and More, “to provide a
premium product and superior customer service at an affordable price”.
A locally owed small family business The Strohs House of
Plants understands that plants, flowers and gifts are not “so called” essential
items for a person’s physical well-being. However, we believe, receiving a
unique plant, flower arrangement or gift, may and can provide an improvement in
a person’s mental well-being, not only for the person receiving the gift, but to
the person giving it as well. This is why we strive to provide unique one-of-a-kind
products and services at affordable prices to meet any budget.

as such our inventory changes on an almost daily basis so please stop by often
